If you realize that you have selected the wrong fingerprinting service prior to having your fingerprints taken at the Identity Network Kiosk, your order can be refunded. Log into your account and select "Cancel My Order" to have your order refunded to your original payment method. The refund will be processed immediately, but funds may take 3-5 business days to show as available in your bank account.
