Why was my order canceled?

If we do not receive fingerprints for orders that are inactive for 45 days, they are canceled with a $7.50 processing fee. If at any point, you feel like you need more time or are not ready to take your fingerprints, you can always cancel your order by signing into your account and selecting "Cancel Order" towards the bottom of the page.
