I need a copy of my fingerprints on an FD-258 and/or FD-1164 form. Can Sterling Identity help with that?

An FD-258 and/or FD-1164 form are also known as a hard card or ink and paper fingerprint cards. If you need a copy of your fingerprints on this form we recommend that you reach out to your local law enforcement office, or our partner PrintScan. Sterling Identity currently doesn’t provide this service.
