Our certified technicians will need to verify your identity with two forms of government issued identification. Please bring one identity document from the primary list. This document will establish both identity and citizenship. The second identity document can be any combination from the primary list and secondary list. The second identity document will establish your identity. Please be aware that one of these identity documents must match your name and address as provided during online registration to proceed with your fingerprinting appointment.
