How do I schedule an appointment with Sterling Identity?

To register for fingerprints, please follow the steps below (note: this process is specific to individuals sending their fingerprints to a Florida agency):

1.) visit Sterlingidentity.com 
2.) select "Get Started" under "Need to be fingerprinted?"

3.) select "Learn More" next to "Send fingerprints to a Florida agency: $24.99"

​4.) select "Start my Order" 


 

5.) You will need to register to start your order

Once the you create an account and begin the registration process, you will be prompted for your ORI number and other required information. Once complete, a QR code will be sent to your registered E-Mail. 

Sterling Identity doesn't require you to schedule an appointment with a location. The only requirement is that you register with Sterling Identity online or one of our partners and have your QR code in hand. Simply bring your QR code to any Sterling Identity location and you can begin your session on a walk-in basis!

Take your QR code and two forms of identification, and head to any participating Sterling Identity Network location and ask to use the fingerprinting Kiosk. We recommend before you go to check the location’s availability and hours at https://sterlingidentity.com/locations/.
