I already have a copy of my fingerprints; can you use them instead of retaking my fingerprints?

Unfortunately at this time Sterling Identity does not process hard card fingerprints, we only provide state-of-the-art technology in biometric fingerprint scanning. If you would like to continue with the use of your Hard Card prints, Please reach back out to the Company/Agency requesting the prints to see if they are accepted.
