If the system detects the hand on the scanner is not the correct hand that should be scanned, the following errors may be shown:

The following steps typically resolve this issue from occurring: 

1. Spin the hands slightly toward the thumb (15° - 45°)

2. Lay the fingers down naturally

3. Ensure the hand is completely flat
