Are you looking for an update on your order for your Level 2 Background Check submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement? Once your order is submitted from our fingerprinting kiosk, Sterling Identity has limited information on the status of your submission, as we serve as a collection site that partners with providers such as Printscan and Certifix to submit fingerprints to the FDLE.

Please be advised that it is normal for Florida fingerprinting orders to be reviewed and submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement immediately, but the FDLE review and update to your requesting agency may take an additional 7-10 Business days.
