We will be able to remotely connect to the Sterling Identity fingerprinting kiosk and walk you through further options to submit your fingerprints.
Be aware that there is a small percentage of the population that is unable to capture quality fingerprints digitally. If you were unable to get the kiosk to accept your fingerprints after working with one of our support representatives, you may have to try another method of fingerprint capture such as physical ink and paper fingerprints. Please refer to the company where you completed the initial registration for details and further instructions.
