Wait for a follow up email from Sterling Identity with instructions. After receiving the rejection notice, you will receive another email with either a new registration QR code or advisement to go through the hard card (ink and paper) process. If you do not see the emails in your inbox, check your spam folder. If your fingerprints are rejected a second time, you will have to re-apply and pay for Sterling Identity services again.
For a second attempt, use the new QR code to capture and submit a new set of fingerprints. Please call us for assistance before submitting your second attempt. We can review and assist to ensure that they are accepted this time around.
